1. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of R99 per order, regardless of location within South Africa. This fee is added at checkout and is payable by the customer.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are processed within 2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3-5 working days depending on your location. We work with reliable third-party courier partners, but we are not liable for delays once the parcel has left our premises.
3. Shipping Areas
We currently ship within South Africa only. If you are based in a remote area, delivery may take longer than usual. If your area is not serviceable by our courier, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements and this may incur additional costs.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays), there may be slight delays in dispatch.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond 10 working days, please contact us at mysteryboxza.online@gmail.com We will assist in opening an investigation with the courier. We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect shipping addresses
- Missed deliveries due to unavailable recipients
- Any additional charges incurred for re-delivery
6. Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, the customer will be liable for the re-delivery cost (R99). No refunds will be issued for unclaimed boxes unless arranged in advance.
